Booking policies

• Full payment at booking via Square (Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards).
• Cancel inside 24 hours: half the quoted fare. Inside 4 hours: the full fare.
• Waiting time past the included grace period bills in 15-minute increments.
• Gratuity is included in all rates — no separate tip line.
